Project Details
Market Collective is a collection of curated vintage clothing and accessories operating out of Kansas City, Portland, and Seattle. Owner Lexi Driggs approached me to create a brand identity that would compliment the airy, feminine vintage finds sold in her Instagram shop and at pop-ups. Her collection is, as Lexi says, “curated vintage for the modern woman.”
The logo plays with shape to form the MC initials into a versatile square, and combines with a monospaced logotype with custom C’s to match the half circle in the mark.
The shapes found in the logo are carried through the rest of the brand, combined with a soft desert palette of pink to orange pulled from garments used in the brand photography, shot by the talented Emma Morem.
