This is an unused concept for Public Will, a brand whose identity is rooted in owner Tom Scott’s interpretation of the Japanese term known as Ikigai, or reason for being. According to Tom, this all comes down to nurturing creativity, preserving nature, making something new and inviting others to do so as well. Hence the brand’s core message, “Make the world you want.”
The business card is modern and subtly playful, using die cutting to offer an unconventional shape and produce a dog eared look on the back of the card.
The notion of making and tinkering is carried through to a folded poster design. The front of the poster embodies the brand’s commitment to nature with moody forest imagery and features the logotype. The folded presentation invites interaction to reveal the brand’s inspiring core message on the back.
